Health Coaching

When people seek the help of a health and nutrition coach, they are usually struggling with some health issues, weight management issues or would like to make some changes to their lifestyle to become slimmer, fitter and healthier.  Health coaching supports clients to achieve their health and wellness goals and keeps them accountable in the process.
As a health coach, I work with clients where together we formulate a plan, set specific goals and the time frame for my client to accomplish these goals.  The time frame might be 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, depending on my client’s needs.  We may work together on a 1 on 1 basis or in a group setting of 4 to 12 people.  Clients sign up for either an individual or a group programme.
