New Year, New You?
Happy New Year! Have you ever wondered where the old year went? I felt like it had gone so quickly, filled with unexpected things! My hope is that you accomplish your goals this year, even if it was left over from last year.
As you reflect on what worked/didn’t work for you last year, what are some of the changes you would like to make this year? For me it was letting go of my my comfort zones and launch fully into building my health business. It was pretty scary launching into the unknown.
So here I am in the New Year with no guaranteed regular income and it’s exiting and scary at the same time! I will now have to get off my backside (literally) and do things to promote my business and take it to the next level. This year, I wish to do more of helping people improve their health and wellbeing, long-term.
What are your new year goals? Ask yourself, why do you want to achieve these goals? What would it mean to you? How will your life be different? What might get in the way? How would you handle the hurdles? Who would support you to achieve your goals?
Many people would like to lose weight in the new year and make resolutions to do better. Are you one of these people? Let’s face it, wouldn’t we all like to be a bit healthier and have more energy? What if we were automatically inclined to doing things that were good for our health and wellbeing?
I’m pleased to say that there is a way to change your old, unhelpful habits, and replace them with new more helpful ones! In time, your new habits will become automatic! What have you got to lose?
